As with all apartments, it has a TV in each room, a washer-dryer, a safe, and air conditioning for both summer and winter.

>Wood Apartment

The Wood Apartment is the gem of the property, with oak parquet flooring. It features a bedroom with a bathroom and a living room with a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a cozy sofa bed. A large sliding wall allows you to transform the space into an open-concept layout. As with all apartments, there is a TV in both the bedroom and the living room, a washer-dryer, a safe, and air conditioning for both summer and winter.

>Red Apartment

The Red Apartment is the most intimate in the building. It includes a bedroom with a bathroom and a small hallway, a living room with historic terrazzo flooring in liberty style, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a comfortable sofa bed. As with all apartments, it features a TV in both the bedroom and the living room, a washer-dryer, a safe, and air conditioning for both summer and winter.
